We are seeking an energetic senior level Director of Operations who will be responsible for the day to day operations of all Utility customers. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, have a strong background in Vegetation Management with progressive experience, then we are the team for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide guidance and development for a team of VM professionals on a day to day basis
• Craft and execute strategic plans based on customer requirements and organizational capabilities.
• Work closely with all teams to staff and execute on all Utility work
• Develop and execute on project-based assignments
• Provide and develop proposals for customers based on their requirements
• Create, build, and manage relationships with new and existing clients
• Proactively identify and develop creative solutions to execute on time and meet customer needs

Skills you’ll need:

• Good people skills
• Self-motivated
• Required: Valid Driver’s License
• Computer proficient and organized
• Enjoy traveling
• Must be knowledgeable and experienced with ANSI Z133 Standards, IPM, Line Clearance Tree Trimming Operations, and other associated Vegetation Management practices.  
• Preferred: 5+ years of Management experience in Vegetation Management, Forestry, or the Utility industry. ISA Certified and Utility Arborist certifications a plus.
