Job Description
Strategic Analysis, Inc. seeks a Process/Compliance Analyst to perform the function of Issuance Support Lead, within the Office of the Chief Management Officer (OCMO) of the Department of Defense. This position primarily supports the Director of Administration and Organizational Policy, but support to other organizational elements may occasionally be necessary.
In this role, the Process/Compliance Analyst:
- Supports the development, coordination, adjudication, and processing of all DoD documentation, often in highly pressurized timeframes.
- Coordinates with external stakeholders to ensure timely and responsive completion of tasks.
- Advises government personnel in correctly preparing documentation in accordance with all relevant standards.
- Edits and proofreads all government documentation related to the creation or review of issuances to ensure accuracy, clarity, and conformance to standards.
- Maintains, tracks, and reports on all pending actions related to issuances.
- Advises government personnel of upcoming suspense, changes in suspense, or other relevant matters affecting timeliness of completion of actions.
- This individual is seated in DA&OP spaces and primarily supports that Directorate, but may be called upon to support issuances and documentation related to this project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.
- 5 years of related experience is required.
- Experience supporting DoD Issuance process and DoD 5110.04-M, “DoD Manual for Written Material” Volumes 1 and 2 is highly preferred.
- WHS/Executive Services Directorate training on the processing and standards for DoD Issuances is highly preferred.
