Job Description

Strategic Analysis, Inc. seeks a Mid-Level Analyst to support the Director of Administration and Organizational Policy, within the Office of the Chief Management Officer of the Department of Defense.

The Mid-Level Analyst will:

• Provide professional and analytic deliverables and insights in support of technical, procedural, and project tasks.
• Provide support of transition of senior level and other personnel into or from duty assignment s in the Pentagon, or on the extended Pentagon Reservation.
• Specific support includes execution of transition events and tasks, coordination with incoming and outgoing teams, post-transition assessments, capture of lessons learned, management of records to be maintained, and management of archives necessary to preserve the Department’s ability to repeat this process efficiently and effectively when needed.
• Provide support to the collection, analysis, and presentation of resource levels (manpower, budget, and forces) across the DoD with specific emphasis on OSD, Defense Agencies, and DoD field Activities.

• 5 - 8 years relevant experience
• Experience within the OSD or DoD preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
