We are looking for a passionate and team-oriented Accounting Clerk! To be successful in this role, an individual must be able to master the following:
 

  • Use SAP to create new client accounting records.
  • Enter new contracts and Change Orders into Closet America CRM accurately.
  • Organize contract documents and prepare electronic and hard-copy files for review.
  • Daily track and report on missing contracts and documents.
  • Accurately file folders and loose papers.
  • Scan files to designated central file storage.
  • Organize and maintain file storage room
  • Compile measure documents for the project managers.
  • Create files, generate job documents, copy contracts and other documents as assigned.
  • Maintain a professional communication path within the office, vendors, and Closet America employees.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential Closet America clients.
  • Provide general assistance to the Closet America Design and Accounting Departments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Education and Experience: Minimum High School Diploma, previous data entry or file processing work experience; any equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

  • Computer Skills: Must be competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). SAP or similar accounting/CRM software experience preferred.

 

  • Other Requirements: Must have clean background check and pass a pre-employment drug test.
