Strategic Analysis, Inc. seeks a well-rounded individual to satisfy requirements for a Human Resources database management position, supporting our government clientele. This individual will be responsible for the maintenance, reporting and archiving of personnel information. Must be able to maintain and update periodic reports and create ad hoc reports from current and historical personnel information for presentation to client management.

In this role, the Human Resources Analyst will:

  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE with Access Database as this will be required for this position
  • Provide on-going maintenance of an Access database of current and former Agency staff, including consistent and timely updating of the database using documentation and reports from the Agency servicing personnel office.
  • Produce and distribute ad hoc requests for data and/or reports from Agency senior leadership and the various Agency offices.
  • Produce and distribute Fiscal Year Quarterly Reports to Agency Comptroller.
  • Archive and maintain archived materials, both digital and hard copy, and convert hardcopy materials of separated personnel to digital files.
  • Provide support to human resource related functions that include: hiring, personnel administration and management, personnel accountability, employee relations, performance and awards, and staff transition.
  • Produce various staff reports and distribute on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis, as appropriate.
  • Produce and distribute documents required by human resources specialists for staff meetings with senior leadership.

 

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work independently, with little supervision or oversight.
  • Expert proficiency in MS Office suite (Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat) preferred, intermediate proficiency required, including excellent database management skills.
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree; or 3 to 5 years of experience in database management.
  • U.S. Citizen with Active DoD Secret clearance, or ability to obtain such clearance.
