WHO WE NEED

We are seeking a versatile and team-oriented Structural Project Engineer for our Specialty Precast/Sports Group. Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 6-10 years of relevant experience or an Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 10-15 years relevant experience.  Experience should include structural analysis, design, and detailing for concrete and steel structures.

Must be proficient with the following codes:

• International Building Code (IBC)
• ASCE-7
• ACI 318
• AISC
• AASHTO (Not required but a plus)

Candidate should also be proficient with structural analysis/design software and AutoCAD. This position requires an individual that has strong technical abilities with good organizational and communication skills. An EIT certificate is required. A Professional Engineer License is preferred.

Primary duties will include preparing structural design or precast concrete and steel structures; preparing structural design summary and shop drawings using AutoCAD; considering alternate designs and value engineering; meeting scheduled project deadlines; and communicating with client representatives.
