Schedule:

Monday through Friday (subject to change) – Flexible Shifts

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Core Processing (data entry, equipment registrations)
• Assist with Processing/Tracking Customer Financing
• Customer Service – Post Installation Concerns/Booking
• Equipment Rebate Registrations
• Division Reporting
• Other coordination duties as needed

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must have attention to detail
• Great customer service skills
• High energy/enthusiasm a must
• Must have strong communication skills
• Have the ability to meet deadlines efficiently
• Dependable and reliable

Other Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years customer service and/or administrative experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
