We have an opening for a Superintendent/Supervisor preferably one with experience in the commercial residential segment of construction. Superintendents provide leadership, organization, coordination and administration over all field aspects on one or more construction projects. Responsibilities include balancing and distributing field talent and equipment between various projects. This position requires close coordination and communication with Findorff's project management staff.

Requirements for this position include a minimum of 10 years experience in commercial construction; leadership experience, excellent communication skills, highly organized, motivator, ability to prioritize, strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to evaluate staff strengths and weaknesses and provide training to enhance personnel, disciplined and organized thinker, excellent teaching and mentoring skills, presentation skills and a team player. Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
