We are presently seeking a temporary Inspection Administrator for our Fort McMurray, Base Plant office. The Inspection Administrator is responsible for the timely entry of inspections and ensuring the accuracy of the information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm and enter inspections into SAP after completion;
- Upload inspections to Livelink;
- Update error log for inspections when necessary;
- Verify and enter timesheets into STS;
- Provide information on an ad hoc basis to business unit;
- Perform data entry and scan documents;
- Communicate with Project Controls;
- General administrative and clerical support including mailing, faxing, and copying to management;
- Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with one (1) year of administrative experience;
- Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset;
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong time management and organization skills in order to meet various competing deadlines;
- Ability to self-motivate;
- Ability to work within a team and build a positive team environment;
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment with competing demands;
- Ability to display sound and accurate judgement with the ability to resolve problems in a timely manner
