Immediate opening for Human Resources, Development Coordinator at the Denver Branch area. 

Position Overview:

The Human Resources, Development Coordinator will be a key member of the Human Resources Department,

 

Candidate Profile: 

This ideal candidate will be a highly intelligent individual, able to work in a diverse environment, communicate effectively, and have a strong desire to grow professionally. Candidate will be willing to learn and be creative with newly innovative ideas.  Candidate will work directly with the Director Human Resources with the restructuring of the Human Resources Department. Candidate will need to have decision-making skills, speaking skills, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to utilize resources. 

 

Required:

  • BA/BS in Human Resources or Business Management or Related Field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years in employee relations
  • 3+ years of onboarding of new hires
  • Experience in recruitment
  • Experience in preparing employment offers
  • Assisted in the past with the implementation of new employee programs
  • Experience in Training and Development
  • Experience in Payroll
  • Experience in Labor Relations
  • Experience in providing support for employee benefits
  • Experience in job/career fairs
  • Knowledge/Experience in Auditing and maintaining files for compliance
  • Knowledge of maintaining confidential records
  • Be familiar with local, state, and federal employee/employer laws and regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ATS software, and Onboarding software.

Preferences:

  • PHR or SHRM CP/SCP Certification
