Concrete Shield (a division of Soil-tek) applies concrete sealers to protect concrete from the damaging effects of moisture penetration.  

We are currently seeking a qualified Spray Technician. This position is responsible for the application of our product to new and existing commercial parking lots, roads and driveways.

The perfect candidate needs to accept a flexible work schedule, have the ability to travel extensively at times, perform work outdoors in varying weather conditions and have the willingness to work evenings, nights and weekends.

Job duties include:

Manual work consisting of prepping jobsites for application of product, including cleaning and power washing of area to be sprayed.

Work effectively with supervisor and peers in the successful application of product.

Ability to operate small tools such as air compressors, power washers, spray equipment, etc.

Maintain a high standard of clean-up before leaving jobsites.

Thorough completion of production reports.  Ability to keep track of receipts, expenses, timesheets and have reports completed and turned in on time.

Follow all company and job specific safety policies.

Required skills:

Valid drivers license required with a clean DMV record. A CDL, Class B is a plus.

Successful candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills, troubleshooting, planning and organizing skills.

Some computer literacy is required.

All candidates must be 18, eligible to work in the US and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
