We are seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to join our team!
POSITION SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will be motivated, quick thinking, detail-oriented, flexible, professional, willing to learn, and not afraid to ask questions or follow-up. Responsibilities include:
- Contract and Subcontract administration back up
- Accounts Payable/Receivable invoice verification and input back up
- Review timecards for accuracy and input into software
- Managing the office supplies
- Help coordinate and schedule employee meetings
- Answering phones, filing, and miscellaneous tasks as assigned
This position is full time. It can be a fast-paced environment during our peak season.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with computerized accounting software
- Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
