Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assists with recruiting through the posting of open positions on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and through other social media channels (i.e.: LinkedIn)
  • Produces new and makes edits to preexisting presentations and documents for various corporate programs and events in accordance with brand standards
  • Helps to communicate, plan, and execute Intern Program events with direction from recruiting team
  • Utilizes Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to update company job descriptions, email correspondences, and templates (i.e.: phone interview requests, disposition notices, offer letter templates, etc.)
  • Registers and plans for college recruiting fairs, updates employer branding and job descriptions in campus posting systems (i.e.: Handshake)
  • Upon direction, works with promotional product vendors to order items for programs and events related to the HR department
  • Supports New Employee Orientation as needed
  • Supports special projects as needed
  • Exercises initiative or, as directed, performs additional duties to meet the needs of the organization

 

Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) preferred
  • Must be self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Must be a student enrolled in a Business, Management, Human Resources, or similar degree of study
  • Must have the ability to work 40 hours per week Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for the summer 

 

Education

Currently enrolled in a college or university Business, Human Resources, or related program.
