The Sustainability Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the sustainable process.  They assist in the development of Sustainable based initiatives and processes and serves as the liaison between departments.  They are responsible for the overall performance, success, and support of Sustainable Construction techniques and processes for the office. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Six (6)+ years of industry experience
• Strong working knowledge of the USGBC's LEED rating systems
• Extensive knowledge of Sustainability, LEED Online processes, Training, Energy Services, Green Best Practices and Corporate Responsibility
• Preferred degree in Architecture, Engineering or a construction related curriculum
• Must be proficient in Bluebeam
• Must be proficient in LEED and LEED Online
