SUMMARY

As a highly visible employee who interacts with customers, partners, vendors, and employees, the
Receptionist must model The Caddell Way value of being a positive ambassador for Caddell at all
times. Answers and forwards calls through a multi-line telephone system and greets visitors to the
corporate office. Supports the entire Bentonville office with a variety of administrative tasks,
including scanning and indexing of employee files.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Answers all incoming calls promptly with proper telephone etiquette, determines purpose of
    calls and handles inquiries or forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
  2. Greets visitors, determines nature of business and notifies employees that visitors have arrived.
  3. Receives and signs for deliveries.
  4. Responsible for maintaining supplies are stocked in the conference room and lobby area.
  5. Keeps the front lobby area straight and conference room is prepared for meetings.
  6. Performs general administrative support including scanning, coping and filing as needed.
  7. Prepares, runs and maintains various logs, reports and files as requested.
  8. Assists project managers and construction executives on any special projects as requested and actively pursues helping others when work load is not heavy (i.e., typing, filing, sorting mail, etc.).
  9. Performs a variety of other company related functions as requested by the Administrative
    Support Manager or Caddell Management.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum high school diploma/GED and 2+ years of professional office
experience required. Strong customer service orientation, typing and computer skills
(i.e., MS Word, Excel). Ability to establish effective relationships with office personnel. Ability
to engage visitors in conversation. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to
multitask.
