Position Details
Family Resources is looking for a well organized and detail oriented Effectiveness Specialist. This position is responsible to provide quality improvement support services to various programs, internal and external customer support, provide complete and timely documentation as required, and oversee the file requirements based on program expectations. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with contract/grant terms, licensing, certification and accreditation standards, and compliance with external reviews and required program improvement plans. In addition, they are responsible for the ongoing collection and analysis of performance, utilization, and fiscal data relative to each service/contract; creating and monitoring internal Quality Improvement Plans and corrective action plans when there is an opportunity or clear need for improvement.
- Position Hours - Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

- Position will be located in Davenport, Iowa
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Completes and evaluates client files for compliance and quality.
- Coordinates and prepares files and written information for state and funding audits, as well as requests from outside entities.
- Provide guidance and training to employees and others on file requirements.
- Assures compilation, storage, and retrieval of pertinent data working effectively with other departments.
- Possess a high level of professionalism and customer service skills.
- Provides professional internal customer service in the areas of gathering, compiling, formatting and reporting of data.
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of program requirements and accreditation standards governing Family Resources.
- Establishes and maintains quality improvement initiatives to assure regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.
- Provides proactive support and technical direction to agency personnel to support best practice.
- Maintains quality improvement initiatives to assure regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.
- Plan, track, and evaluate quality improvement actions.
- Facilitate data requests and assure data is being interpreted appropriately by those requesting it.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with any licensing, audits and other compliance activities for assigned program. Assure tasks are completed and documented appropriately.
- Produce and distribute monthly and quarterly internal and external reports.
- Have working knowledge of agency data sources and have basic ability to extract and manipulate data from these databases, etc.
- Attend, facilitate and participate in mandatory agency meetings.
- Ensure personnel procedures and practices are implemented and followed.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (business, human services, etc.) preferred and past experience with quality/compliance in human services organization is a plus.
Must have current proof of car insurance, able to pass driving background check and have reliable transportation.
