The NHHEAF Network has been helping students and parents plan and pay for college since 1986, and funds generated by the Organizations' student loan operation allows us to fulfill our important mission, and to grow programs that benefit the citizens of New Hampshire.

NHHEAF is adding to its team and is seeking a Manager, Marketing & Communications to join us in Concord, NH. This position’s primary responsibility is to promote The NHHEAF Network Organizations’ mission, products and services via various channels. The duties of this role include the development and implementation of the organization’s communication strategy, providing marketing support to business units, and guiding the work of our Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist.

The Manager, Marketing & Communication will also play a key role in the development and publication of press releases, internal communications, annual reports, and website and social media content.

Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and an appetite to make an impact. We are seeking a well-rounded professional with at least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications and public relations. Candidates who wish to apply should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, hands-on knowledge of advertising tools and campaign management software, and proficiency in social media platform management.

The Manager, Marketing & Communications position is located on-site, and may work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends based upon business needs.

This position supports a federal contract that requires applicants to be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance from the U.S. Government. This process will include a criminal and credit background check to determine eligibility and suitability for federal contract employment.  US Citizenship may be required for a Public Trust security clearance to be considered.
