Position Overview

As a Solutions Consultant your primary responsibility will be providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and existing customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.  You will also be engaged in educating our existing employees and new hires on our products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate the value proposition of the BirdDogHR ATS and Talent solutions through product demonstrations and presentations
  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of BirdDogHR products and services
  • Become the expert on the competitive landscape
  • Develop and create customer facing collateral and resources to support your efforts as a Solutions Consultant
  • Provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology to client business
  • Listen, counsel, coordinate and cultivate the client relationship, with the objective of exceeding their expectations
  • Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall BirdDogHR solutions
  • Design, validate, and present BirdDogHR software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products
  • Internal resource for training, onboarding, and re-education of BirdDogHR employees and partners
  • Develop and refine processes to support the sales organization and revenue growth
  • Create and deliver Statements of Work
  • Have knowledge, technical expertise and spoken skillsets to scope the level of effort for all software integrations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on-the-job experience
  • 2+ years of B2B pre-sales solutions consulting, preferably in human capital management SaaS business environment
  • Previous software sales experience a real plus
  • Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization and time management skills
  • Experience providing solutions to all size of customer organizations
  • A proven history of over-achievement in a team selling environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Teamwork skills a must, ability to lead and manage resources
  • PC proficiency
