Balfour Beatty in partnership with Fluor have been awarded the $1.7B I-635 LBJ East project in Dallas. Pegasus Link Constructors is a fully integrated joint venture made up of Fluor and Balfour Beatty Infrastructure, Inc. with over 17 years of experience working together.  We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. The project is a design-build construction project that will improve the capacity and operational efficiency for the portion of I-635 north and east of Dallas, from east of U.S. Highway 75 to I-30.

We are currently seeking candidates to fulfill a Lead Scheduler role. This mid-level position is a hands-on office role that applies established procedures and techniques.

Essential Job Functions

• Analyze project schedule, review delays
• Propose and present schedule recovery alternatives to internal groups as well as the client
• Analyze variances in schedule performance against the plan, and communicate the reasons for the variances as well as proposed mitigation plans to Project Management
• Coordinate with construction teams for schedule forecasting, both weekly and monthly
• Prepare progress reporting (bi-weekly and monthly)

Qualifications

• Accredited four (4) year degree and 5-10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Experience in project schedule development using Primavera P6 required
• Experience in Infrastructure/Highway Heavy Civil projects preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, client, vendors, subcontractors and visitors
• Basic computer skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
