Experienced Residential HVAC Technician needed!  

We are searching for the best of HVAC Technicians!  Please have at least three years of experience.  High quality workmanship, attention to detail, leadership ability and a very low call back percentage are musts.  High level of customer service is expected - our customers are why we are in business! 

Along with the usual HVAC products, our technicians also have the ability to sell ancillary products.  So along with your hourly base you have the ability to make commission on anything you offer (IAQ products, filter boxes, duct cleaning, humidifiers etc) that would benefit our customers.  We also offer turnover incentives - so if you see a hot water tank that needs to be changed, or notice issues in the electrical panel, you can participate in those needed repairs should the customers wish to purchase them.

Our pay range for an HVAC technician is $18-25/hr plus commission.  Your experience and skill level are the determining factors.  We also offer several other employee benefits, which we can discuss prior to hiring.
