ClearVision’s intern program combines real-world experiences with mentorship, training, community service, and fun. Recent program activities have included: Speed Networking, Build Your Personal Brand training, an Escape the Room team building challenge, and a book club with the President.  We have built a program that is tailored to provide students with continuous, hands-on learning opportunities.

Internship Program Requirements:

  • Applicants must be enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate program and have a minimum GPA of 3.3
  • Positions will require a commitment of:
    • 20+ hours per week during the school semester
    • 30+ hours per week during the summer session
  • Must be responsible, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Proficient at using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A proven ability to initiate and maintain strong personal relationships
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Product Engineer Intern

Are you fascinated by figuring out how products are built, move, and function?  Do you enjoy being innovative and have a knack for problem solving? Well, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Product Engineer Intern will support the design and development of new products that are on trend in the eyewear market.  This role will emphasize 3D printing to improve the product development life cycle of our eyewear.  The Intern will assist our Product Development team in creating samples that accelerate the design process. In this role the intern will learn about frame manufacturing processes and leveraging technical CAD drawings to expedite vendor and licensor approval.  The position is designed for a student enrolled in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, and Engineering related degree programs. The right candidate will have knowledge using CAD software and 3D modeling programs along with experience using 3D printers.
