A Day in the Life
You will be responsible for working with the management to complete the full cycle recruitment process from creating job postings through to onboarding new hires. It is important the HR Coordinator have a friendly demeanor that potential candidates feel comfortable working with. This role will provide administrative support for the Human Resources Team in areas such as badging, consortium program, wellness initiatives and data entry to HRIS. A positive can-do attitude, professional appearance and a sense of urgency are important to success.
Requirements

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - At least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Demonstrated working knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
- Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Ability to read, understand, apply and explain rules, regulations and policies as related to HR
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to write concisely to express thoughts and clearly communicate to leadership and frontline employees
- Professional experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Other Requirements
- Ability to pass drug screening.
- Mobility within the office.
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
- Willing to travel locally as required.
- Able to prove U.S. Employment eligibility.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Ability to communicate with others both written and orally.
