Job Role
The Jr. Database Test Engineer will be a core member of a team supporting a DoD readiness project with over 50 data sources. This individual will participate in TSQL-centric testing and validation of ETL processes for an enterprise data warehouse.
- Analyze technical specifications and source-to-target mappings for new & existing data sources
- Create and update SQL-centric test cases based on the defined test strategy & framework
- Analyze test results and log defects
- Perform end-to-end data validation for ETL and BI systems
- Work with developers and business area SMEs to support development, system, and user acceptance testing
Experience Required:

- Agile Software Development using Azure DevOps
- Test Automation
- Active security clearance
- Knowledge of military/DoD-related data operations & procedures.
- Azure or AWS cloud certification
Education:
- BS in CS or Engineering. OR Bachelors degree plus 2 years of experience OR 6 years direct experience.
