• A strong work ethic and awesome attitude
• Safety first approach to work
• High School Diploma or GED
• MUST have 'OFA1' Certificate, preference will be given to those with 'OFA2' or higher certification
• Some construction site experience
• Ability to operate equipment in a safe and responsible manner
• Excavator, Skid Steer, and Zoom-boom experience (and/or certification)
• CSTS-09 or CSTS-2020 and WHMIS2015 preferred 
• Valid driver’s licence
• Your own PPE
