Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Property Assistant in downtown Minneapolis!
We are seeking a motivated individual to provide administrative support to real estate management operations. The candidate will answer phones and greet tenants and guests, communicate with property vendors, handle necessary filing, order office supplies and beverages, maintain copier/postage machine, and assist with various other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Successful candidates will a minimum of 2 years’ strong administrative experience, preferably in real estate management. Other must-have items include: outstanding interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone, strong organizational skills and numerical abilities; attention to detail; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; a naturally positive, helpful attitude at all times when interacting with building occupants; ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities; and intermediate to advanced level of understanding and experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel!
