Henningsen Const., Inc. is looking for a Salesman to join our Building Division Sales Team.  Henningsen Const., Inc. is a street and highway construction firm and a pre-engineered metal building construction firm that offers a challenging and rewarding atmosphere.  Our company has been in business since 1949.  Many of our employees have over 25 years of employment.  With a stable and supportive work environment, we train and mentor our employees to ensure long term success.  

Responsibilities/Qualifications
Looking to hire a personable, driven, and credible Sales Representative to sell steel buildings in the Southeast area of Iowa.  Must display a positive attitude and a strong self-motivated work ethic.  This position is responsible for maintaining a loyal customer base by focusing on meeting customer needs, building relationships and achieving goals as a customer-value driven company.  Responsibilities include direct selling to established customers as well as developing new sales prospects.  Must have a full understanding of sales, customer relations, steel fabrication, and safety.  Must have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and that you are able to easily establish rapport and build long-term business relationships with your clients.
