The Laborer position will work with various crews preparing residential and commercial sites for clearing, pipe installation, sediment and erosion control and clean up. Job sites are with-in a 70-mile radius of Reading, PA.  This position has excellent potential for growth and advancement and is well suited to the individual looking to grow their career in the trade industry. 1 to 3 years of construction, landscaping or masonry experience is preferred but not required.  Mentoring and training will be provided to the ideal candidate.

The ideal candidate will be able to do or learn the following:

• Operate hand and power tools
• Use basic math and read a tape measure
• Lift 50+ pounds
• Work outdoors for long periods of time in varied weather conditions
