Brubacher is seeking experienced heavy equipment operators. 

  • Successful candidates will have at least 2 years experience operating backhoe, excavator, loader, and/or dozer at either earth moving or utilities pipe work.
  • In addition, successful candidates will work well independently, and as part of a crew and will demonstrate safe work behaviors. Also, must have a willingness to travel to jobsites, typically in Southeast PA.

Educations and Experience: 

  • No formal education is required 
  • Minimum of 2 years experience 
  • Familiarization with operators manual 
  • Familiarization with safety policies and procedures
