Job Description

If you are GREAT at customer care & LOVE helping people then this job is for you!  Our customer service representatives (CSR) handle all of our inbound calls with the responsibility of converting inquiring customers into appointments for our field service technicians  and consultants.  Our CSR's do this by listening to customers and letting them know how we can help.

NOTE:  No need to apply if you are not GREAT at customer service & LOVE doing customer service!

Essential Functions:
