The Role: 

We are looking for a top-notch phone prodigy to join our team! Our Customer Service Reps keep our business running by:

  • Filling up our service schedule and keeping our technicians busy (no less than 3 days out)
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Responding to online email submissions and chats
  • Making outbound scheduling calls as needed
  • Making fans of Radiant!


The Schedule:

Schedule #1

  • Sat: 2pm - 9pm = 7 hrs
  • Mon/Tue/Wed: 9am - 3pm = 18 hrs
  • Total 26 hrs

Schedule #2
  • Sun:  2pm - 9pm  = 7 hrs
  • Wed/Thu/Fri:  12 - 6pm = 18 hrs
  • Total: 26 hrs
