We are looking for a top-notch phone prodigy to join our team! Our Customer Service Reps keep our business running by:
- Filling up our service schedule and keeping our technicians busy (no less than 3 days out)
- Answering incoming calls
- Responding to online email submissions and chats
- Making outbound scheduling calls as needed
- Making fans of Radiant!
- Sat: 2pm - 9pm = 7 hrs
- Mon/Tue/Wed: 9am - 3pm = 18 hrs
- Total 26 hrs
Our Special Someone Will Be:
- Obsessed with details
- Have Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Able to quickly pick up new software systems
- Empathetic and kind
- Self-motivated and independent - (this position is currently a virtual position, so you need to be able to stay on-track by yourself!)
- Customer service-oriented, but with strong sales acumen
