Control Air Conditioning Corporation is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk who can immediately join our Accounting Department at our headquarters in Anaheim, California.  Work full-time in our professional office environment (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm).

Responsibilities include the following:

  1. Process invoices (job costing & coding expenses).
  2. Process credit card transactions, obtaining receipts and coding expenses.
  3. Scan invoices (Paperless system).
  4. Index for matching to Purchase Orders & Receiving Tickets.
  5. Route invoices electronically for approvals.
  6. Report directly to Accounts Payable Manager.
  7. Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.

Required Characteristics:

  1. Must have a strong work ethic and exhibit analytical abilities.
  2. Must be an excellent listener and possess strong communication skills.
  3. Must be organized and able to multi-task.
  4. Strong computer literacy required (Windows, MS Office, Outlook, etc) – expert using Excel preferred.
  5. Strong customer service skills required.
  6. Must be a team player.
  7. Experience with Sage/Timberline software a big plus.
