Min Qualifications:

  • Experience in the automotive industry or willingness to learn the trade. 
  • Be able to perform physical activities such as lifting a minimum of 25 lbs often, bend, kneel down, push, pull, stand and stoop. 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic ability to use modern electronics such as tablets, smart phones and computers. 
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to clear background check, driving record and drug test.

After training period has ended, the Auto Glass Technician will be expected to complete an appropriate number of jobs per day within their scheduled times.

Demonstrate schedule flexibility to be able to accommodate our customer's requests, and interact with other team members respectfully while demonstrating their commitment to team work and making things happen. 

The Auto Glass Technician will take charge of the Auto Glass Workshop and ensure safety in the area by maintaining a clean and organized environment, wearing their required PPE and ensuring other team members wear required PPE while in the work area at all times. 

The technician will maintain a professional image in the areas of personal cleanliness, grooming and dress code standards. They will also be expected to work well with others and have a strong work ethic, be trustworthy and honest. 

 

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.

Experience:

  • Experience is helpful but not required, we will train the right individual.
