We are seeking a qualified individual to join our innovative team!

 

POSITION SUMMARY

This position includes working with our Accounting Support team to assist with duties including but not limited to processing product orders, managing invoice accounts, processing check requests and other administrative duties as assigned.  This is a full-time position located in Onalaska, WI and will include Monday through Friday, daytime hours. 

Additional responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and manage a multi-line phone system
  • Prepare reports for internal and external use
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately
  • Post customer payments by recording checks, Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT), wire payments
  • Maintain invoice accounts
  • Prepare daily bank deposits
  • Communicate with customers and resolve any collection issues
  • Reconcile daily/monthly inventory and report any discrepancies and accruals as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma required, college courses in accounting strongly preferred
  • Have strong customer service experience
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Must be detail oriented and have strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
