Seeking an experienced, career minded, professional HVAC Project Manager to work in the Construction & Engineering Division.

Requirements:

Must be able to manage multiple projects in the region with budgets ranging from $30,000 to $1,000,000+. 

• Schedule and manage sub - contractors, including monthly progress billing and draws, as we sub-contract 80% of the work. 
• Manage multiple size projects at one time
• Must possess a proven record of success with on-time, safe, project completion within budget.
• Successful project management will require that you have experience with duct work as well as hot and chilled water piping.
• Successful project management will require that you have experience with steel and wall layout, ordering and release for equipment configuration and voltage, material ordering form drawings and specifications.
• A Bachelors Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years experience managing Commercial HVAC projects preferred or equivalent work experience if no degree

Reporting to the Sr. Project Manager.
