CCNA / CCNP / Network Security

ASA FIREWALL, AAA/Radius, Cisco Routers, 2900, 3600, Switch 3750/3850/4000,IPS/IDS, NAT, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Network Security, VOIP, Load Balancer, Monitoring Network Tools
Experience:
- Having prior work experience (3+ years) in overall
- Should have prior (minimum 1-2 years) experience on Team/Process management
- Should have experience in working on different types of reports.
- Certification in Microsoft/CCNA will be an added advantage
Functional Skills:
- Manage the Network effectively, distribute and oversee work in progress
- Resolving L1/ L2 Network Problems of all Network configurations.
- Cultivate a work-friendly environment that fits the Integreon and Client cultures
- Work on a one-on-one basis with AM’s and team Leads to improve workflow SOPs, quality, skills and productivity of the team
- Working on shifts and rotation to meet network handling capacity.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Responsible for on-time delivery of metrics and reporting, including SRRs for all Technical Support related issues.
- Maintain SOP’s and IT reports for internal and external audits.
- Participate in weekly Global IT meeting, to discuss any technical hurdles or any Improvement plan for current process.
- Complete any project assigned on time and without any supervision.
- Maintain over all IT Support SLAs and quality standards established by Global NOC Integreon.

Technical Role and Primary Responsibilities:
- Resolving Problems of all Network configurations.
- Administration and Maintenance of the Network based environment or any network related issues as per the clients requirement.
- Meet the customer requirements and resolve the issues within the timelines by ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Administration and Management of Cisco Switches, Routers, Firewall management. Configurations of Cisco IPSEC/GRE VPN.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex customer network problems across a broad range of technologies.
- Client-Focused: Committed to delivering timely and relevant service to delight internal and external clients.
- Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly (both written and verbal)
