Commercial Plumbing service technician – Are you an experienced Plumbing Technician with significant commercial experience? Are you looking for a stable, reputable company with supportive management who value what you bring to the family? COMPENSATION -- $20.00 to $35.00 per hour. Qualify for benefits after 60 days, company vehicle, company credit card

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A COMMERCIAL PLUMBING SERVICE TECH

As a Commercial Plumbing Service Tech, our expectations are that you arrive at our clients' businesses on time, within our company provided vehicle and appropriately represent us as you perform the contracted services. You assess and diagnose plumbing, and service-related problems, and take the preventative measures needed for the systems that we service. You will document and communicate problems and solutions in such a way that is clear and satisfactory to each client, verbally and in written report form. You will take before and after pictures to document the job along the way, on a company provided cell phone. You play an integral part in maintaining recurring business. You work well with clients, installers, dispatchers, and managers as needed. You have exposure to basic building repair, minor carpentry, wall repair, drywall, painting and floor repair. Performs other duties as required.
