We are seeking a Senior Engineer with primary experience in the Commercial/Retail Development, Energy, Industrial, Municipal and Water/Wastewater Market Sectors to service our clients in the Boise metro and greater Treasure Valley area and throughout southern Idaho.

Effective communication, problem solving, and team building are key characteristics.  Leadership in developing marketing strategies, vetting potential project opportunities and responding to client proposal requests, preparing and reviewing contracts, developing scopes of services and associated budgets, and managing project deliverables are critical to the success of this position. Strong soil mechanics and foundation engineering knowledge also required. We are seeking an individual who can develop creative, technically-sound professional solutions for our clients.

To be considered for our Senior Engineer position, you will need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering with 15+ years of engineering experience, along with a Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
