Job Description

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator in our corporate office in Minneapolis, MN. This position will support the business development of our NorthCentral Hub and will work directly with the development, construction, and design departments, as well as the corporate marketing team. 

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to manage RFQ/RFP design, development and writing; to create presentations for potential clients; to create and coordinate advertising and public relations, including press releases; to develop ideas and coordinate logistics for public relations events, trade shows, groundbreakings, grand openings and industry conferences; to arrange for photography on completed projects and events; and execute various administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, travel planning, invoice processing, tracking the Hub marketing budget, archiving and filing.

Requirements include 3-10 years’ experience within construction or architecture-related fields, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing. The ideal candidate will have excellent business and proposal writing skills and editing abilities; outstanding graphics skills with demonstrated experience in commercial property development; construction and/or development pursuits. Candidate must be proficient with desktop publishing skills utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop; CRM; Prezi and Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to create, work and deliver within a defined, often short, schedule; and work successfully in a fast-paced team environment. As a leader of NorthCentral Hub marketing efforts, the ideal candidate must be able to hold all others accountable for their contributions to top quality products and proposals. Being actively involved in the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) is a plus for this position.
