What is the Director of Operations?
As the Director of Operations at LenderClose, you hold a critical role in the overall success of our clients and relationships with our vendors. You are driving partner success by managing a team of dedicated operational specialist and various vendor relationships. A successful Director of Operations will be someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and dive in to do whatever is needed to make sure their client has the best possible experience inside the LenderClose platform.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations department staff
- Develop deep relationships with vendors
- Manage contracts and control vendor performance
- Become a subject matter expert of LenderClose products
- Report on various success metrics
- Thrives in a team environment where effective internal and client facing communication is critical to success
- Contributes to team success through accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Recommends potential solutions to clients based on needs

Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven operations management
- Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- A proven track record of strong client and/or vendor relationships
- Superior written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM Software preferred
- Must pass background check
