POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Marketing and Digital Strategies is responsible for overseeing digital programs and marketing strategies for Pegasus Senior Living’s communities. The position supports and promotes marketing tools and techniques that support company revenue drivers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of digital advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop content for marketing collateral including whitepapers, landing pages, social media posts, webinars, sales presentations, videos and more
  • Coordinate with creative agencies on Pegasus-branded creative material content developmenost and implement campaigns using a variety of applications and tools including Google Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and others
  • Develop campaigns to increase market exposure, generate new leads and increase customer engagement
  • Coordinate the development of creative assets for digital campaigns, print materials, marketing site updates, and promotional giveaways
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to drive decisions on new experiments as well as optimizations for current campaigns
  • Assist in developing campaigns to drive web traffic, increase conversions, generate leads, enhance brand awareness and communicate product features and benefits
  • Create and manage content calendar (blogs, social media posts, press releases, etc.)
  • Keep current on industry and competitor trends & development
  • Advertising: planning knowledge, design and development, maintenance, and promotion
  • Maintaining brand through enforcement of identity standards
  • Basic Public Relations/Communications skills with the ability to generate story lines and relay trend angle ideas
  • Active in social media - ability to determine external and internal messaging
  • General video skill and understanding
  • Design and deliver marketing print materials

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years’ experience coordinating and administering digital marketing programs for a business
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Certification in Google Ads and Google Analytics preferred
  • Experience with Office/Google products and project management systems preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail
  • An ability to think creatively and analytically when identifying new problems and planning for how to solve them
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Proficiency in the administration of social media platforms
