We are seeking an experienced project manager to manage bridge construction projects, concrete foundation projects, whitewater recreation parks & construction projects up to $5MM in size. Minimum qualifications of the ideal candidate include:

• 5 Year Construction Management or Engineering Degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience
• Proficient in math and computing skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Immediate Duties will include:

• Deliver ideas and plans to win profitable work
• Aid field supervisors in project start details and critical path points
• Review and process submittals
• Preparation and completion of change orders
• Attend pre-construction meetings.
• Follow project to final completion.

Software used for this position:

• Sage Timberline
• Prepare Bids using Construction Link Software
• Prepare Critical Path project schedule using Sure Trak

Job Type: Full-time/Year round position

Required experience:

• Project Management: 5 years on projects in the heavy/highway industry
• Construction Industry knowledge
• Required education: Bachelor's Degree
