Job Description

This position is responsible for the set up and operation of extruder and milling equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety procedures and policies for Minnesota Rubber and Plastics
• Work closely with Scheduling and Materials team to plan upcoming material needs
• Support production team by running needed materials through Extruder and Mill systems JIT
• Monitor quality of machine output and follow APQP documentation on proper operation

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience and Competencies:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment desired
• Ability to work safety with a strong attention to detail
• Mechanical knowledge or aptitude
• Willingness to learn complex systems and processes
