Job Responsibilities:

  • Dispatching commercial service technicians to assigned calls
  • Ability to analyze and prepare quotes to customers for service work
  • Be able to handle fluid movement of schedules throughout the day
  • Communication throughout day with customers, technicians, and managers
  • Outbound calls to confirm service appointments
  • Assigning calls by priority to correct technicians
  • Updating company shared documents for performance measures
  • Recording customer information digitally to internal records
  • Additional responsibilities as job requires

Job Requirements:

3-5 Years Dispatch experience, preferably in the HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing field or similar.
