SHOP ASSEMBLERS NEEDED!

JL Schwieters is one of the fastest growing framing companies in the state of Minnesota, with 25 crews and growing!  We also recently adding over 1450,000 sq. ft to our Hugo facility! We are a complete component/pre-fab manufacturer and full building supply center. We manufacture roof and floor trusses, wall panels, stairs, fireplace/entertainment centers and many other pre-fab components. Our labor division performs the field install of these products.

What will you be doing? Basically, you are framing under a roof. You will be working in a manufacturing setting, on your feet, building walls, floors, trusses, stairs, etc. We use a lot of automated equipment in our shop, but you will be using basic hand tools and power tools. The ability to read a tape measure is a must! You will also be working off blueprints.

Pay Range: $18+ per hour, DOQ
