Maintenance Temporary Summer Staff – Summer 2021

We are looking for individuals to join our Summer Maintenance Team. This is a seasonal temporary position from May – August & work hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday

What you'll do: As a member of our Summer Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for doing various building maintenance tasks to keep our properties looking neat, clean and beautiful. But that's not all - other duties include the following: 

• General building maintenance including inspecting common areas, building exteriors, tenant suites, roof, supply & mechanical rooms, parking lots, and other building areas.
• Painting, changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, and other light building repair & maintenance work.
• Provide general support to maintenance staff, as needed.
• Drive to various locations as required.

What it takes to join our team:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable and prompt attendance is required.
