Quality & Toll Manufacturing Analyst

Summary:
As a Quality and Toll manufacturing assistant, you will assist the Laboratory and Toll Manufacturing Manager in maintaining appropriate production activities at all Tolling locations and be responsible in assisting day-to-day scheduling, production coordination and inventory activities for Albaugh products at the facilities and assist in writing production manuals and operating procedures. This will include:
- Planning, creating, revising and transmitting purchase orders/stock transfer orders for Albaugh supplied materials/components to support production at assigned toll manufacturing locations and working with purchasing and toll manufacturing personnel to resolve any supply issues.
- Completing goods receipts and quality information for reported toll manufactured products to make product available for customer orders/stock transfers and to consume component inventory used by the Toller to produce Albaugh product.
- Coordinating shipment activities of Toller produced materials including working with Albaugh Logistics, Customer Service, and Toller personnel to schedule carriers.
- Prepares monthly reconciliation reports for month end and year end reporting.
- Assist in yearly on-site physical inventory counts of all tolling locations.
- Assist in auditing tolling locations to access manufacturing capabilities.
- Reviews and inputs all production records into company’s Sage 500 ERP.
- Assist with Start Up of new tolling campaigns.
- Write and review Production Manuals used by Toller to produce Albaugh product.
- Write and review Standard Operating Procedures in guidance from Albaugh’s Compliance Manager.
- Review and Input daily Laboratory Payroll into iSolve.
Job Requirements
- High school graduate required. Technical school/post-secondary education preferred.
- 1-3 years’ experience in inventory management, plant operations and/or customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of Albaugh personnel and outside personnel to accomplish production and business goals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to track and prioritize/re-prioritize multiple on-going tasks required.
- Self-Starter with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with Sage 500 ERP or related management software preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally (0-5 days/year) for inventory counts or operational meetings.
