POSITION OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Manager role requires a strong understanding of and demonstrated expertise in digital marketing as well as website architecture, development, usability, and optimization. It's an individual contributor position.

Experience managing multiple domains and sources of content will be beneficial in this role. The position will lead the current, ongoing migration of the company’s North American websites to its worldwide platform. The individual will plan, create, edit and post website content (including the website editorial calendar), ensuring the company website remains current and relevant. The Digital Marketing Manager will develop digital marketing plans and implement marketing campaigns through digital channels including e-mail, website, and social media.

·       Strong analytical abilities to determine and execute project requirements

·       Strong understanding of company and product marketing concepts, principles, and best practices

·        Ability to receive constructive input and redirection with a positive attitude

·       Familiarity with Drupal CMS management is a plus

·       Experience working with software and other tools to create and edit video preferred

·       Experience in responsive web design preferred

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

·       Bachelor’s degree preferred in web administration, computer science, marketing, or related discipline

·       5+ years of experience in the technology industry, preferably electronics security

·       Strong understanding of best practices in website architecture and development, including user experience and optimization

·       Knowledge of web analytics, SEO/SEM techniques, and digital marketing trends

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

·       B2B marketing experience

·       Attention to detail and ability to prioritize assignments, and see assignments through to completion
