Champagne Metals is seeking an IT Manager for it’s corporate headquarters in Glenpool, OK.  This position will work with all other employees in various locations.  We need a hands on professional that can assist end users with IT related questions and think strategically about the future needs of the company to ensure systems are reliable and data is secure.  Champagne Metals is an industry leading metal service center, specializing in Aluminum.  We are an equal opportunity employer and offer a competitive benefits package and pay based on experience.

Role and Responsibilities:

Managing information technology and computer systems

Controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations

Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures

Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy

Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time

Audit systems and assess their outcomes

Preserve assets, information security and control structures

Requirements:

5+ years proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience

Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems

Expertise in data center management and data governance

Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation

Ability to manage projects and teams

BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
