Deibel Laboratories is a private food testing facility providing services in both Microbiology and Chemistry testing. We play an integral role in food and product safety for industry-leading producers, as well as family run operations much like our own. We are currently looking to hire two full-time Inside Sales Associates. 

We offer a competitive salary based upon knowledge and experience. This position includes full health benefits for self and family (employer pays for 100% of premiums for employee and up to 50% for dependents). (Evening and/or Weekend responsiveness will also be required.)

Compensation: 

  • Base salary
  • Quarterly bonus potential for 24-hour (or less) response rates.
  • Commission and performance bonus potential.

Job Description

This position requires continual interaction with our Client Services Team, Technical Sales Team, Senior Management, and new and existing clients to satisfy internal and external customer expectations. Must be able to maintain a high level of urgency, while at the same time, maintaining an extremely professional and diplomatic attitude with customers and Deibel co-workers.

This Associate will serve as the primary respondent for all web-based client inquiries, including writing and submitting pricing, quotes, and logistics support. Associate will be expected to respond to inquiries in real time, same day or next day with emphasis on a personal touch experience. (within 24hrs at the latest)

Associate will be responsible for maintaining accuracy and integrity of our customer relationship management system. (SugarCRM)

Qualifications

Requirements for Applicant:

  • 2 Years of client interaction/customer service experience, giving presentations/public speaking/communications. (skills developed in academia are acceptable)
  • Education, experience or a combination thereof, to be able to understand the food industry and our client base.
  • Previous sales experience is desirable but not required.
  • Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed under minimal supervision.
