Product Designer/Researcher
Your role
Your role as a Product Designer/Researcher is to design market-leading products and drive the vision for UX research at Infosec. Your mission is to create the best experience and value for our users, while delivering great ROI. You will seek to understand our users, their behavior and needs, and identify and address problems with the Infosec product suite, and build processes for the product and engineering team to continue to do so. You will take those problems and opportunities and develop creative, user-friendly designs. You will work with our talented product and development teams to achieve your goals.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Psychology, Statistics, Human-Computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, MBA preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in UX design/research in the tech industry
- Experience collaborating with teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Product Managers, and Content Strategists throughout the design process
- Experience creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes
- Mastery of design and prototyping tools
- Mastery of identifying and conducting user research in enterprise/business software, services, developer tools, IT, or other complex software systems
- Portfolio highlighting projects that demonstrate experience crafting usable digital interfaces across desktop and mobile devices
- Deep understanding of design process to guide, plan, and scope project work
